Same as the 500 Intensive Course without the use of a Japanese power hammer or rotating waterstone. The emphasis of this class is to teach students knifemaking wiith commonly accessible tools. This class does not include forging a Kuro-Uchi kitchen knife due to time constraints. Travel and lodging are at student's expense.
