Description
Our “Perfect” Model Kitchen Knife is the same knife that Murray personally uses for his everyday cooking. It is a knife designed to be used consistently, and to excel in cutting while being easy to maintain. The “no-frills” design and simple construction contributes to this philosophy. Many people have found it to be the “perfect” balance of cutting ability and comfort of use. These limited edition Perfect Models feature a Blue Super Steel cutting edge, offering greater edge retention and durability.
Each knife you receive is unique, with the knives in the pictures and videos below representing this model type rather than the exact look. Each knife will vary slightly in size and shape, but all are generally around ~8.2″ in blade length. These knives are forged from Hitachi blue super steel core /410 stainless laminate steel. Each one comes with a partial tang, black stabilized wood handle.
Murray used the knife in the (amateur) cutting competition at Blade Show West 2019.
